Anxiety, stress, and depression are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives.
We face many stressful situations in our lives and depending on how we cope with it, our support network, and resources available depends on the outcome of how it affects us not only emotionally but also physically.
There are many different types of stress, I can support you to identify this, developing and utilising positive coping mechanisms that work for you.
Stress can be short term but it can also be long term, in some cases of high levels of stress if it is not dealt with it can lead to anxiety.
Anxiety affects many of us at some point in our lives some worse than others. However, it is not a question of how big or small it may be. If you are struggling with this, it is something you may consider changing - developing positive coping mechanisms.
Anxiety shows itself in so many different ways from being quiet and withdrawn to having anxiety attacks.
Anxiety can also be situational, if an individual with anxiety feels safe and comfortable they may not feel anxious, however when they are taken into an unfamiliar situation they may become very anxious which can then lead to an anxiety attack.
I can support you with this, supporting you to identify and use coping mechanisms. To move forward one step at a time.
Depression - Some may describe this as a dark place, or a place of despair. We may feel depressed from time to time for lots of different reasons. Some have explained it as a downward spiral.
Is this how you feel? I can support you to find your inner light and help you move forward to a place you want to be.
If someone was to ask you to describe yourself positively in 5 words, would you struggle? Many of us with low self-esteem struggle to really see themselves and love themselves, this can be for many reasons or no reason at all.
This in its self can be a hardship, if you feel you are struggling to see happiness in yourself or believe in the choices you make, I can help you with this.
Self-confidence can feel very similar to self-esteem. However, if you feel you are lacking confidence in one area but not another (for example presenting in front of your work colleagues), It may be self-confidence you are struggling with. This too can be difficult to face and at times can feel very lonely. I can support you with this.

You may feel you want to be a healthy weight, maybe you want to drop a couple of dress sizes or even just to feel better in yourself?
Many of us lose track of who we want to be and where we are now, this is not something to be ashamed of. The way we look does not define a person, but that doesn't always stop us feeling a certain way about ourselves. I completely understand this.
Maybe you've tried everything, or you feel nothing will work? Feeling like you are going around in - You lose weight, then you put it back on ... and then some.
This tends to happen when we restrict foods from our diet completely (especially the foods we enjoy).
With my tailor-made treatment plan, I will never ask you to restrict foods, or starve yourself - This doesn't work, I focus on supporting you to your goal and staying at your goal.
Is smoking becoming an issue? Are you fed up of standing outside in the cold, using lots of body spray or chewing gum to smell better? Or maybe your nervous about your future and getting Ill from smoking - I can support you to become a non-smoker!
